1. Schedule a 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns, insurance/self-pay options. If you would like to set up an intake appointment, we can schedule that, and I will email you the intake packet to complete.
2. Intake appointment which typically lasts about an hour will be virtual (depending on availability). We will review your paperwork and I will ask any clarifying questions that I have. During this session, I really want to get to know you and how I can help.
3. Follow up therapy sessions typically occur bi-weekly, but you and I can discuss what will best meet your needs.
